Tactico Exit: Pro Navigator acquired by Guidewire

MONTREAL – Tactico is pleased to announce that on November 10th 2025 ProNavigator Technologies Ltd., a Tactico portfolio company, was successfully acquired by Guidewire Software Inc. (NYSE: GWRE). ProNavigator is an AI-driven knowledge management platform purpose-built for the property and casualty insurance industry. Its technology enables insurers to retrieve contextual, actionable knowledge across underwriting, claims, and distribution workflows, improving decision-making and operational efficiency.

Guidewire is the leading global platform for property and casualty insurers, serving more than 570 customers across 43 countries. As part of the transaction, ProNavigator’s technology will become a core component of Guidewire’s product suite, enhancing insurers’ ability to access and operationalize institutional knowledge. This transaction represents a full liquidity event for Tactico’s investment.
